Job Description : Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
*Hours needed are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 10am-5pm with a 1 hour lunch break*
Optometry office seeking front desk receptionist at the doctor’s office located outside of the Costco store near Hulen Mall.
Customer Service experience desired. Maturity and professionalism is required. Candidates should have excellent communication and organization skills and be able to work well with the public. Receptionist experience preferred, but not required. This is an eye doctor’s office that does exams ONLY. No glasses/contacts are sold at this office.
Experience in Excel, Data Entry, and Crystal PM is a PLUS!
Position responsibilities include:

Insurance Verification
Patient Scheduling
Organization of Paper Files
Multi-Line Phone system management
Required. Typing: 40 wpm
General office tidiness
Greet Patients and collect information upon arrival
Teaching patients insertion and removal of contact lenses
Processing payments for services
Perform other job responsibilities as assigned
Must be PROFICIENT in basic word processing and data entry
Ability to multi task
Manage time efficiently’
