Job Description : Job SummaryWe are looking for a Front Office Receptionist to the manage front desk, timings may vary but initially would be graveyard shift i.e. from 01:00PM to 10:00PM (IST). We are looking for a pleasing personality who welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions. Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.Responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative supportReceive, direct and relay telephoneMaintain Complete Data – Customers, Staff, Business Clients etcMaintain the general filing system and file all correspondenceAssist in the planning and preparation of meetings and conferences.To call clients and inform them about the company products and arrange for client visitTo continuously monitor and maintain cordial relationship with clients, customers and staff., Attending Telephone Calls & Visitors.Receiving & dispatching Courier.Job Types: Full-time, FresherSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftCOVID-19 considerations:COVID PROTOCOLS MUST BE FOLLOWED.Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:Hindi (Preferred)Punjabi (Preferred)
