Position : Front Office Manager/Receptionist
Job Description : Must be professional in appearance and speech. This position is the first person the patient or other visitors will see when entering office. Friendly, cheerful, confident and helpful. Make everyone feel welcome. Answer phones, schedule appointments, collect and post payments, work together with our billing specialist to file claims and bill. Pay office bills and expenses. Be very organized with keeping track of payment deadlines/due dates, licensing renewals, etc. Maintain in-office product sales inventory and reorders. Work with pharma reps, pharmacies and sales people to obtain prior authorizations when needed. Take patient messages and use EMR to record patient exchanges and questions. Make new records for new patients. Keep clinic running on time. Keep clinic waiting spaces tidy and welcoming. Must be able to communicate clearly, write at a college level. High school diploma required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
