Position : Frost Community Representative
Job Description : As a Community Representative with Frost, you will be responsible for partnering with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) department and other Frost bankers in order to increase awareness of Frost and its financial services throughout local communities. Responsibilities will include participating in community events and outreach programs while focusing on gaining new relationships and promoting financial literacy; meeting with regional CRA partner monthly in order to identify community events or outreach opportunities where Frost can build new relationships, volunteer, and/or increase financial literacy; assisting with the movement of clients’ accounts from other financial institutions to Frost; visiting with existing Frost at Work companies, along with other Frost business clients, in order to offer Financial Literacy Seminars to their employees and to discuss/open accounts and loan products; and ensuring that the quality of service given to customers is prompt, efficient, accurate and courteous. The candidate will demonstrate commitment to the Frost Philosophy and Core Values in rendering service to customers.
Required:
A valid Texas drivers license and acceptable driving record
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
Flexible with work schedule
Preferred:
Previous sales experience
Strong presentation skills
Bachelor’s degree
