Job Description : We are hiring to fill an entry-level position of Gallery Attendant/ administrative assistant with tremendous growth potential for anyone willing to work smart.
Initial Duties:
-Answering multi-line phone system.
-Running errands.
-Maintaining a clean and welcoming storefront and workspace.
-Greeting guests.-Filing and maintaining accurate filing system for all business documents.
*Duties will be added as you grow in the position and our company.
Requirements:
-Ability to follow directions.
-Punctual and Reliable.
-Professional, well-kept appearance.
-Own transportation..
-Experience with multi-line phone system a plus.
-Basic computer knowledge.
-Positive attitude.
The ideal candidate will meet all of the “requirements” but we are willing to train the right individual. Experience with personal or administrative assistance is a plus.
Compensation dependent on experience and performance. Be a valued part of our team and rewarded for good performance.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
