What you will learn and contribute to
Job Description
This profile requires, sound understanding of financial services, particularly financial analysis, and postings. The individual will be responsible to perform finance activities like involve processing, reconciliations, tax calculation and other tasks. The role will require coordination and networking with multiple stakeholders to achieve the results.
The successful candidate will work directly with business stakeholders to ensure deliverables are as per service agreement. He or she will coordinate with customers / departments, to ensure all aspects of service delivery are within established service levels (KPIs/SLAs)
Candidate should be 2+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. Sound understanding of finance processes, practices, and procedures. Savvy on new automation technologies and tools. Rely on experience, available information, and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Perform a variety of operational tasks and participate in knowledge transfer. Ability to drive innovation and improvements. Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to organization, team, and self.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for in-scope Finance processes, tools, and policies
Coordinate internal resources and customer to deliver services with high quality and timeliness
Responsible for keeping track and structuring various finance tasks and processes
Define process scope, deliverables and KPIs
Complete ownership of delivered postings, reports, analysis, and supporting processes
Report risks and escalate roadblocks, to management proactively
Create and maintain process documentation / DTPs to enable knowledge management
Exercise and continually develop operational skills
Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Proven working experience and sound understanding of financial processes
Knowledge of finance process automation techniques
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Utilize technology effectively
Experience with SAP and Sharepoint
Logical mindset, with ability to build rule based and cognitive solutions
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Ms Excel)
Degree in appropriate field of study
Flexible with working hours and schedules
