Stylized / Lifestyle Marriott branded hotel with rooftop venue, ultra-lounge and lobby restaurant / bar in the San Diego Gaslamp district *Under construction and slated to open in 4th quarter of 2022! *

Position Details
Seeking a General Manager who possesses the following exceptional skills and attributes:
Creates energy by being upbeat, fun loving, and engaging
Fosters a culture of engagement at every level,
Proficient with Marriott property management systems
Acts and looks the part by being clever, professional, and setting a positive example
Embodies and creates a spirit of making work a lifestyle rather than “just a job”
Looking for the perfect opportunity to move into the downtown San Diego hotel market
Ideal Candidate Requirements
Previous Hotel General Manager experience of 3+ years at a Marriott property
Experience in the San Diego Market strongly preferred
Having previously opened a hotel strongly preferred.
Must have previous experience as General Manager of Marriott Hotels
Hotel Food & beverage experience is a PLUS
