Job Description : General Manager, KMS Staffing:KMS has grown 200% in the last 2 years and on pace for another record year. We are a rapidly growing behavioral health/intellectual disability staffing firm in the Tri-State Area primed for continued expansion. KMS provides staffing services for large Behavioral Health/Intellectual Disability organizations who are key names in this field. The General Manager, KMS is an entrepreneurial role with the financial and administrative support of our 45-year-old parent, COMHAR.
Role Summary:The General Manager, KMS is responsible for the financial performance and operation of the KMS staffing agency. The General Manager is tasked with leading a team of Talent Acquisition professionals to meet the demand of client staffing needs. This role is fully responsible for business development, both with existing customers and prospective new clients with the aim of growing KMS book of business. The General Manager is a hybrid role, mainly virtual, with office facilities available for meetings. Some local travel will be required for client meetings and networking.
Key Responsibilities:· Day-to-day leadership of the Talent Acquisition team to ensure operational effectiveness and employee satisfaction· Contractual overview and account management with existing client to ensure client satisfaction· Business Development with both existing and prospective clients to meet revenue targets· Creation, monitoring and forecasting of KMS budgets to meet operational plan· Creation and presentation of company financials and metrics to both COMHAR Executive Team and Board of Directors· Management of all business operations: Human Resources, License and Insurance, IT, Systems, and other ancillary business operational needs.
Requirements:Requirements:· 3-5 years of staffing industry experienceincluding business development· Health, human services or related services experience preferred· 1-2 years’ managing others· Effective organizing skills· Confident communicator, able to interact with people at different levels
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
