Job Description : Job Overview:

Please note for this role working onsite at this client location is required Mon-Fri.

The Training Coordinator will support the Global Security Team. GS’s mission is to protect the people, property, and reputation of the organization.

How You Will Make An Impact:

Perform other duties as assigned by the Security Management Team
Provide coordination and clerical support on program-related projects within region
Assist in the roll out of any new systems and programs including training content and SOPs
Assist in developing training materials for new team members
Oversee the consistency of training programs region-wide; act as quality assurance, and regularly audit training to ensure consistency with SOPs
Liaise regularly with vendors and training representatives to address any issues with training material, and correct those issues in partnership with OEG
Work with vendor training representatives to initiate unique delivery methods of training, and establish situational-based exercises as part of New Hire Orientation
Ensure (i.e., audit) accurate and timely entry of information related to On the Job Training (OJT) checklists, New Hire Orientation (NHO) quizzes, and other training documentation
Draft SOPs, Site Specific Information pages
Support development and roll out of New Build Checklists
work with Leadership to track First Day of Business (FDOB)-related tasks and notify of overdue action items

What You Will Need To Succeed:

High School diploma or GED
a minimum of three years’ experience in a training environment
Demonstrated project management skills that drive results
Demonstrated leadership skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
Proficient with MS Suites: Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree
