Job Description
To design and develop R&D functional goals in line with the requirements
To guide the team in day to day activities related to chemistry, process development, validation, scale up & allied activities
Coordinate with BD, IP, Regulatory, Production, QA, QC, SCM, Purchase and vendor
Adopt best practises from the industry and develop the overall pipeline
The Successful Applicant
The candidate must have 10+ years’ experience in the R&D API domain
Must have an experience with Hormonal Products

Should be currently in a team management role
Must be a PhD holder
Should be a good people’s leader with strong technical expertise
