The Opportunity:

The Internal Communication Cell at CRMNEXT seeks a creative and organized professional to serve as Graphic Designer and Video Editor (Designer/Editor). The Designer/Editor will support all Internal Communications requirements by co-creating materials that advance our communications efforts. As the communications team builds in-house capacity, we are seeking candidates who value collaboration, creative solutions, and teamwork. This position will work closely with in-house and external copywriters and content creators.
Responsibilities:
Design visual content for print and digital applications that is on-brand reinforces our status and
reputation, and is appropriate for our various audiences
Design and layout of materials for internal communications and engagement with our board of
directors
Design and layout of essential marketing materials (e.g., brochures, battle cards, presentations, videos)
Create infographics and presentation materials to simplify the communication of complex concepts
and data stemming from the various programs being run for Employee Engagement
Edit video clips from various programs and events for use on social media platforms
Create short videos to highlight, recap, and promote various endeavors and events
Assist team in developing and executing communications plans
Provide technical support for design- and video-related efforts
Optimize graphics and video content for social media platforms
Maintain organized content files, and help to organize and archive existing video and graphics files
Required Skillset:
Creativity and Adept at Problem Solving Skills
Excellent Verbal and Written communication
Ability to work seamlessly in a team environment and create excellent team dynamics
Qualifications:
Degree in communications, journalism, marketing, graphic design, or related field, or demonstrated success in relevant professional fields
Minimum 3 years related professional experience in a production environment
Strong visual communications skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts and data through images and video
Reports To: Manager Corporate Communications and PR
