Job Description : Job SummaryWe are a Digital Marketing company that is undergoing a brand building exercise and we need some amazing graphics and branding minds to assist us.Do you think it can be you?You must be creative Graphic Designer with experience electronic media (additional benefits who’s worked in print media too), someone who can take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts and other designs.The successful candidate should have an intimate understanding of how marketing campaigns work, especially in the healthcare sector.We work in a fast-paced environment, so the ideal Graphic Designer will be able to hit the ground running as soon as we bring them on board. Applicants with experience leading creative teams and designing with other professionals will be given prime consideration.Responsibilities and DutiesResponsibilitiesWork simultaneously on projects based on requirementsCreate visual aspects of marketing materials, websites and other media, including infographics, eBooks, Social Media Posts etc.Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.Plans concept by studying information and materialsObtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.Put together disparate elements of a design created by another professional, such as the icons, photographs and other components necessary for a website designCoordinate with marketing, copywriting and sales teams to create cohesive designs that reflect our corporate cultures and goalsMaintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; and participating in professional societies and self learning.Key SkillsRequirements * Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, specifically with mockups, web design and multimedia presentation * 2+ years in professional commercial design, preferably with a marketing or creative agency * Experience working with WordPress templates would be an added advantage, Canva * Adaptive design eye and skill * Excellent communication skills * Knowledge of video creation and editing would be an added advantage * Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers*Required Experience and Qualifications1+ Year of relevant experienceJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftMorning shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:CSS: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Design: 1 year (Preferred)
