Job Description : At Onters, we are strategists and artists that offers several online marketing solutions to help small, medium & large businesses attain their business goals. *We’re looking for a graphic designer to join our young and growing team at Onters. A graphic designer at Onters will work on a variety of products and activities, such as social media posts, websites, advertising, magazines, posters, billboards, logo design, flyers design, newspaper ads, digital printing, i.e. giving organizations and the clients a visual ‘brand’.**The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time and deadlines.Responsibilities:You may need to manage more than one design brief at a time and typical activities include:Working on the creation of marketing collaterals – Brochures, Flyers, logos, banners, social media posts, etc.Proactively develop creative ideas that can increase brand awareness and engagement.Proficient in using design software to produce attractive graphics with the use of appropriate colours, layout and size.Attain certain and specific goals in Design & Video Creation, expediting, management and execution of the assigned tasks while working in close coordination with our team members.Advanced knowledge of graphic software Adobe Photoshop/illustrator, Corel Draw is mandatory.Requirements:1 to 3 years of experience in graphic designing.Graduate in any field, but creative at mind.Proficient in using designing software like Flash, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Corel Draw.Good communication skills and a decent portfolio.Up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies.Job Type: Full-time, In office***Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per monthSchedule:Fixed shiftSupplemental Pay:Joining bonusOvertime payPerformance bonusExperience:Graphic design: 1 year (Preferred)
