Position : GRE Test Prep Instructor

Job Description : Educational Testing Consultants, Inc. is seeking contract instructors to teach GRE preparation classes to be held in partnership with Temple University. Successful candidates will possess proof of exceptional scores on standardized tests, previous teaching or public speaking experience, and a willingness to work evenings. Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
Class sessions are presented using PowerPoint modules in conjunction with associated textbooks and study aids. The PowerPoint course materials have been created by experienced test preparation instructors and former test item writers, so no curriculum development will be required with the position.
Contract instructors are typically offered 2-4 courses per year, with each course consisting of 24 face-to-face hours of classroom instruction. The pay rate begins at $50 per hour of instruction.
You MUST include relevant standardized test scores with your application. These scores need not be recent. Self-reported scores are acceptable at this stage of the application process.

Prepare and deliver instruction for an existing curriculum
Keep and submit accurate attendance records
Complete occasional online training
