The Greeter is our customer’s first point of contact, face to face, or over the phone. Every guest is greeted with a smile, enthusiasm, appreciation and made to feel like part of our family. This is done while maintaining exceptional employee relationships and supporting all departments.
Job Duties:
Provide a world class experience for your customers, colleagues, and employees
Adhere at all times to the One Price, One Person ® philosophy
Execute all duties in a manner consistent with our values: high-character, engaged, team-player
Relentlessly strive to improve an inviting and friendly environment to all guests
Acknowledge and greet every guest
Assign sales guest to the next available sales manager in rotation
Maintain an accurate log of customer traffic in customer relation management software (CRM) and rotation log
Offer every customer complimentary coffee
Restock all refreshments throughout the day
Maintain a clean showroom and front desk
Answer and direct all incoming calls to appropriate departments & personnel
Issue, receive, log-in/out ALL dealer plates for test drives & borrowed car agreements (BCA)
Receive & Deliver all phone messages to appropriate personnel
Direct returning customers to the appropriate personnel
Complete Opportunities To Do Business “OTBD” sheet nightly
Answer high volume calls
Maintain desk work
Greeting customers outside
Other duties as assigned
. Requirements:
Skills and Knowledge:
A positive attitude, high level of engagement, sense of urgency, process discipline and customer centricity.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills to effectively work with employees, colleagues, vendors, and factory personnel
Exceptional organization and multi-tasking skills
Stamina: job requires busy days on your feet
Requires being able to work outside in all weather conditions
Able to answer high volume calls
Working in a high volume and fast pace environment
Imputing data into the computer
Able to work well with a team
