Do you have the write stuff? Do you have a special calling for calling others and making them feel special? We’ve got a great opportunity for you to connect with our guests and keep them coming back for more.
What you get to do:
As a Guest Correspondence Ambassador, you’ll make a significant contribution to our overall guest experience by communicating with guests in a positive and constructive way while following up and resolving issues. You’ll be the one our guests turn to in order to share about their experience with us. In all you do, you’ll enthusiastically represent SeaWorld by displaying a positive attitude, high level of energy and commitment to quality. You will also:
Respond to guest needs via phone, email, letter or in person
Engage with guests in a friendly, courteous and professional manner
Communicate with other departments regarding guest comments
Perform data entry and file guest comments
Work in park as needed to support department needs
Maintains SeaWorld internet site
Work as part of a team to increase productivity while providing excellent guest service
Practice safe work habits, including the use of personal protective equipment
What it takes to succeed:
Previous customer service experience preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Scheduling flexibility
Basic computer skills and knowledge of office equipment
Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude
Ability to successfully complete all legal, company and department training requirements
