The role of the Guest Relations Officer
The Guest Relations Officer responds to wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guests’ needs and requests; adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies. Utilizes a variety of Four Seasons software to accurately track guest’s needs and preferences.

Handles all guest interaction with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism; accommodating special requests whenever possible, resolve guest complaints. Works harmoniously with all departments to assure smoothing handling of guest’s arrival and departure experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
The qualified candidate will possess a passion for flawless service and the highest level of integrity and work ethic.

Qualifications include:

Solid communication, organization and leadership skills
Strong ability to multi-task
Sense of urgency
Strong interpersonal and team player skills
Strong problem solving skills
