Job Description : Description: Our goal at SeaQuest is to ensure guests have a one-of-a-kind experience interacting with animals from all over the world. SeaQuest is looking for a Guest Services Team Member who will enhance the guest experience by creating a warm, inviting, and world-class environment throughout the facility. Guest Services Team Members are responsible for assisting guests and report directly to the Guest Services Manager.Responsibilities:

Provides world class animal interactions for our guests
Offer specials promoted by SeaQuest
Assist customers with selecting merchandise in the gift shop
Help with gift shop inventory
Ensure store visual merchandising and presentation standards are implemented
Up-sell products and activities to elevate the guest experience
Encourage guests to leave reviews
Required to work with animals

. Requirements: Guest Services Team Member Requirements:

Experience in a retail environment
Theme park, zoo, science center, or attraction background preferred
Ability to communicate and interact effectively
Cheerful, positive attitude with a willingness to be a team player
Register and cash handling experience
Experience with animals a plus

Education:

Degree in related field is preferred but not necessary
