Job Description : Professional & Outgoing Guest Services Attendant Wanted! Carnival of Illusion, an Arizona based theater, is looking for a customer service dynamo to join our Phoenix Guest Services team! The Guest Services team is responsible for the before, intermission and after show experience for our guests.
Shows take place in the Biltmore area of Phoenix.
Minimum starting compensation is $18 per hour.
Individuals best suited for our team:

Available to work one 1 – 2 Saturday’s a month, mid afternoon to evening.
Enjoys working directly with customers.
Professional in grooming, attire and behavior.
Has prior face to face customer service experience.
Exhibit polite manners and conduct.
Adaptable to high energy and dynamic environment.
Self motivated and confident; anticipating guest needs and initiating action.
Timely.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Schedule:

8 hour shift
Night shift
Weekend availability

Pay may depend on skills and/or qualifications
COVID-19 considerations:All staff and customers required to wear masks when in the show.
Experience:

Sales, Retail & Customer Support: 1 year (Preferred)

Shift availability:

Night Shift (Required)
