Job Description : Come be a part of an innovative team that does whatever it takes to create success for children and their families. The Head Start Teacher Assistant is responsible for assisting and supporting school readiness and monitoring developmental outcomes while providing responsive caregiving and developmentally appropriate and inclusive learning experiences for enrolled children.
The Head Start Teacher Assistant is also responsible for assisting in creating and supporting a positive high-quality early learning environment, and the overall educational emphasis of the classroom in alignment with the Head Start Early Learning Outcome Framework; Birth to Five and the Texas PreK guidelines.
Starting pay rate $15+/hour and benefits; wage commensurate with goodness of fit, experience and education.
