Job Description : CornerStone Professional Placement is currently looking for a Help Desk Analyst with have a strong Customer Service background with IT skills to troubleshoot over the phone. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for will support department system owners in their day to day activities, including system testing, issue review, and data analysis.
Job title: Help Desk Analyst
Location: Fort Worth, TX – Hybrid (will be onsite 3 times a week)
Duration: 12 month contract- potential contract to hire.
Salary: $33/hr
Requirement: Strong Customer Service background with IT skills to troubleshoot over the phone
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 – $33.00 per hour
