Job Description : Job Summary
Provide technical support to a Global organization, internal and external users of desktop applications and hardware. Answer questions related to procedures, transactions, and system status all while interacting with peers to assist in restoring service, usability, and identifying problems. Under general supervision and occasional direct supervision, perform assignments requiring experience and knowledge of standard concepts within information technology. Must display core job competencies by analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures while developing advanced skills. Strong customer service, typing, and the ability to multi-task are a must.
This position can be performed remotely, however, the occasional time within the Company’s office may be necessary.Job Description
Ongoing communication with internal customers, stakeholders, and IT teams
Follow documented processes
Work well under pressure and must be able to demonstrate the ability to multi-task and possess the ability to work in an ad-hoc/dynamic, fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines and service levels
Meet established individual and team weekly/monthly targets
Possess the ability to exercise patience and professionalism during stressful situations
Maintain a professional appearance
Skills RequiredSkills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 1+ years of experience, or equivalent work experience instead of a degree.
Good understanding of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office with demonstrated troubleshooting capabilities
Good trouble shooting skills and ability to multi-task
Motivated to perform the work as required each day with a desire to improve
The ability to work independently within established guidelines
Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of users
The candidate must be dependable, well organized, and accountable
Demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbal
Provide excellent customer service and demonstrates poise in intense or stressful situations
Participate as part of a larger team in a remote world
Education/Training/Certifications
Undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
Additional Requirements
Must be able to pass drugs screening and background check.
Fully vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus.
Work schedule:
Monday: 6am – 10am
Friday: Midnight – 1pm
Saturday: Midnight – 1pm
Sunday: Midnight – 1pm
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Salary: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
