Job Description : Founded in 2018, CORE Fueling is a rapidly growing company that provides superior automated fueling services in Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma. A couple of new roles have opened at CORE, for Helpdesk Technicians. Our office is located in Midland, TX.
The objectives for this role are the following: To provide technical support for our users, help test new development, and assist with deployment of new technologies company wide. This role will collaborate directly with IT/Development/Automation Teams.
This is an entry level position.
We’re looking for candidates who have the following attributes : Self-starting, and manage their time effectively. The day-to-day working environment will require little direct supervision, so the ability communicate well is critical.
Job Responsibilities:
· Clear and effective communication, both verbal and electronic.
· Feedback on duties, and the ability to rapidly switch gears as we build new processes for our expanding business.
· Repair, configuration, maintenance of computer equipment of our employees. Includes Windows, Android, iOS, MacOS, etc.
· Other job duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
· On-Call Rotations.
· Other job duties as assigned.
· Ability to lift 50 pounds above your head.
· Standing / Sitting for extended periods of time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
