Excellent listening skills – and if you’re fluent in both English and Spanish, all the better! Though being bilingual is not a prerequisite.
Ready to get started immediately! You can’t put off savings lives!
Decent computer skills, including the ability to type about 32 wpm.
A high school diploma or GED; 18 years of age or older

If you do not meet the requirements below and live near one of our sites (San Antonio, TX or Albuquerque, NM) we can have you pick up equipment.

To find your computer’s specs, go to your System screen and select “About” on the left-hand menu (on most computers). Please print the answers as this information will be required during the application process.
Also Needed/Required:
Wi-Fi cannot be used. You will need an Ethernet cable connecting the modem to the computer to test the results for the internet speed. Must be a minimum of 20 mbps download speed and a minimum of 10 mbps for upload speed. To test, go to speedtest.net

Take a one (1) minute Typing test (www.typingtest.com). Need to be able to type a minimum of 30 wpm
Cell Phone (Requires unlimited minutes)
Surge protector (not a power strip only)
Paper shredder

Schedules are for a range from 11a to 8p, Sa-We or selected days within that timeframe. You more than likely will be required to work at least one weekend day per week. The scheduled shifts can be expected to start the day after training.
