Position : Hospital HR Manager

Job Description : The Human Resources Manager provides operational and consultative support to hospital management at all levels on a daily basis for Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital Phoenix. This includes the newly-opened Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital Phoenix, with an opportunity in the future, to grow and oversee, the soon to open (Q4-2022) Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital Peoria. This person will be responsible for overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the hospital’s human resources policies, programs, and practices including recruitment, retention, training, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and safety and health. Develops human resources policies and procedures. Directs implementation of human resources policies, programs, and procedures. Advises management and employees on questions or problems relating to human resources. Some of the duties include:

Develops a recruiting plan to recruit and staff open positions.
Conducts interviews, employment verifications, and background checks to determine the qualifications of all applicants.
Extends offers to hire qualified candidates.
Conducts staff exit interviews to determine trends and develop appropriate retention initiatives.
Assist supervisors in performance management procedures.
Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates, etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes a competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
And will perform additional duties as assigned to support the team.

The ideal candidate will the following strengths:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems.
Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Detail-oriented and able to meet strict time frames

Previous HR Experience is Required and multi-hospital support is highly preferred.
