Job Description : Boutique Resort Management Company is looking for an experienced Hospitality Associate to join our team. Our Hospitality Associate is responsible for all facets of customer service including providing a high level of service to our owners.
We are looking for a leader with 2 or more years of industry experience.
You must be a self starter and passionate about customer service. Able to Multitask and prioritize responsibilities and your time! If you believe there are no problems, only solutions; we would love to hear from you!
What you can expect to do in this role:

Communicate with Owners
Oversee Maintenance.
This position must effectively manage Owner’s concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Prepare and conduct annual property inspections.

What you can bring to the role:

Two or more years of industry experience.
OnQ knowledge and experience helpful.
Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Self-motivation and creativity.
Professional, effective communication.
Superior management and professional leadership skills.
Attention to detail, organization, strong time-management and problem solving skills.
Ability to set, manage and meet goals and deadlines on a consistent basis.
Strong adherence to ethical standards including, but not limited to, the ability to maintain confidentiality and maintain fiduciary responsibility.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and holidays.

What is required:

High school diploma or equivalent. Min. of Associates degree preferred.
Valid driver’s license.
Dependable Vehicle.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour
Schedule:

8 hour shift
Day shift
Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

Coronado, CA 92118: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
