Job Description : Solitaire Homes of Fort Worth is looking for a new sales consultant. We sell manufactured homes and service all of North Texas. All of the sales consultants at this location are making 6 figures a year. We are looking to add 1 more sales consultant to add to our staff. Previous commission based sales experience is preferred but not required. Its all about the intangibles so if you are hard working, teachable, good listener, and have attention for detail you would be a good fit with us here at Solitaire Homes of Fort Worth.
This is a commission based job where sales consultants get 20% of gross profit and a monthly salary. Healthcare is included. No 401K because with this earning potential you wont need a 401K with the type of money you will make. The rich invest in assets not on 401ks.
Your job is to sell manufactured homes that are on our lot. That’s it. Clients come in, inquiring about our homes, or call in first, and your job is to get them to buy one of our houses. You will handle the sales process from the first day up until closing. We are at the upper end of the spectrum of the quality of homes we sell so it makes it very easy when compared to our competitors on the pros of why to buy a Solitaire.
I am not looking to hire just anyone to fill the spot. I am looking for someone that wants a career that will put in the hours that wants to be successful. That wants to change their life for the better. There are promotion opportunities, but they aren’t given, they are earned. They way you earn a promotion is by selling and taking on responsibility. Management positions pay anywhere from 200K-800K depending on sales driven and how hard you hustle. Highest paid sales consultants are making 200K a year working 5 days a week. This is a sweet gig!
