Job Description : Center for Transforming Lives has an immediate opening in our growing Housing Services program for a Housing Specialist. Come be a part of an innovative team that does whatever it takes to create success for families experiencing homelessness.
The Housing Specialist works collaboratively with the Tarrant County Homeless Coailition (TCHC) to rapidly move inividuals and families out of homelessness into safe adn stabel permenant housing. The housing specialist has the primary responsibility of partnering with individuals and families experiencing homelessness to locate adn secure housing utilizing a trauma informed approach and implementing Housing First Principles, when applicable.
