Position : HR Generalist
Job Description : Prime Responsibility:
The human resource generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties across a range of functions to support the organization?s business objectives. The incumbent will be a key member of the HR team with responsibilities including, but not limited to, onboarding, HRIS administration, employee relations, employee engagement programs, and general support for HR Managers.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Primary point of contact for general staff questions and support on company policies and procedures
Works with HR Managers and other leaders within the organization to appropriately resolve employee relations issues
Manages the on-boarding and off-boarding processes
Maintains appropriate staff records within HRIS ensuring compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
Assist with HR Analytics and reporting
Assist with compensation management
Assist with preparation of annual affirmative action plan, including the preparation of government reports related to EEO compliance or other HR functions
Support the performance management process including annual reviews, reporting, succession planning, performance improvement plans and career pathing
Partners with HR colleagues and leadership teams in development and execution of human resources initiatives to meet business goals
Provide support to the recruitment process and execution of the workforce planning strategy
Administer I9 compliance and assist in immigration filings
Leverages the exit survey process and related turnover data to identify and address retention issues
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Assist with department policy review and revision
Maintain up to date job descriptions for all positions
Provide support to Benefits Specialist
Respond to requests for Human Resources related information and support
