Job Description : HR/Office Manager
Bolte Homes is a residential construction company based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Our projects include custom homes, semi-custom homes, single-family attached homes, and multi-family homes.
We are looking for a HR/Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Human Resources and Office Manager duties and a desire to be part of a growing company that is focused on providing the best service to our clients.
Responsibilities:

Recruiting and onboarding to include job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and enrolling new employees in benefit programs
Assist in processing payroll
Track time off and sick time for employees
Enforce company policies and practices
Maintain employee files and documents
Assist in planning and organizing events for the office
Day-to-day office management – answer phones, stock supplies, order office materials

Skills/Requirements:

Effective verbal and written communication skills
Team player with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented and highly organized
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office products
Self starter with the ability to work independently toward solutions
Multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations relating to human resources

Job Type: Full-time
Salary:

$50,000-$60,000 per year depending on skills and/or qualifications
Bonus Program

Employee is subject to a 90-day probationary period, which will be evaluated based on performance.
