About the organization

Planned Parenthood Arizona services include an emphasis on family planning and reproductive health care, including the provision of birth control and comprehensive contraceptive counseling, testing and treatment of sexually transmitted infections, pregnancy testing, counseling and referral, HIV testing, annual exams, abortion care and more. In addition, PPAZ focuses on providing medically accurate sexuality education and training services throughout the state.

About the position

This position serves as a role model in maintaining and enhancing a positive workplace environment, including equity, diversity, and inclusion, and shaping the agency’s culture to foster self-reliant, insightful, engaged employees. Specializing in project management, this position will provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

Provides customer-centric service to PPAZ team members, interns, contractors, vendors, and external contacts in alignment with Planned Parenthood’s In This Together values and service standards. Works and builds trust across cultural differences. Assists in creating and sustaining an organizational culture that fosters inclusiveness and equity Helps support all functional areas of human resources Works closely with the Clinical Health Network (CHN) team to successfully implement and execute PPAZ’s HR function to the CHN model. Enhances knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations. Ensures compliance with all PPAZ and CHN policies, as well as all state and federal regulations. Creates and promotes a culture of continuous improvement within PPAZ. Demonstrates a commitment to PPAZ’s CHN and Planned Parenthood’s mission related to health equity, especially centering racial equity, and deep sense of accountability to community. Provides support in all functional areas of human resources as needed to successfully support PPAZ’s Operations: recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, data entry, tracking/reporting, employee relations, benefits, workers compensation, unemployment, and leaves management.

Salary: $50,000 – $55,000
