Position : Human Resources Administrative Assistant

Job Description : Manage payroll process
Manage and maintain time clock system
Track sick, holiday, and vacation days
Create and maintain management payroll reports as required and requested
Recruit and prescreen job applicants
Complete background check and employment verification for job candidates.
Administer employee orientations
Assist with the maintenance of employee benefits package, health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and 401(k)
Assist with the administration of new hire procedures; complete all necessary employment paperwork, issue locker, issue timecard, issue employee badges, issue uniform, process E-Verify.
Assist with the resolution of employee insurance problems
Assist with the maintenance of employee files
Assist with the administration of random drug screening
Become the Issuing Officer for the airport.
Perform additional activities and assignments as directed by the Human Resources Manager.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
