Job description
We are seeking a Candidate with an enjoyable and energetic personality to fill a HR and Training Manager Role. The HR Representative will be responsible for supporting the onboard process including hiring, relocation, benefits, career development, performance appraisals, compensation and promotions. The person in this position will embody the culture and brand of the company as they support the development and implementation of policies, programs and procedures
Roles and Responsibilities:
Human Resources

Coordinate, Recruit and screen candidates
Screen and review employment applications and interview applicants when needed.
Schedule and Facilitate Interviews
Onboard New Employees
Administrative training such as employment policies, office hours, time clock, etc
Schedule and Facilitate Employee reviews

Training

Software Training
Mobile Home Park Management Procedures Training
Assist with coaching and developing new team members

Process Development and Documents Creation

Work together With Team and develop and write procedures/ processes
Utilize InDesign to create custom documents
Set up and manage files for Information/Reference Documents, Source Documents, Custom Reports and Standard Correspondence to Residents

Operations Support with Compliance and Contracts
We are an experienced Mobile Home Park Investment and Management Company. We specialize in acquiring, stabilizing, and managing mobile home park properties where success is measured by performance. Our focus is providing management services, growing occupancy, and stabilizing the current footprint of properties while improving the quality and efficiency of our property management services with the purpose of developing/refining a scalable model with the achieving exponential growth.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Prior experience as an HR Manager, Training Manager or in Education is preferred.
Minimum Bachelors degree required.
Basic computer skills.
Effective communication skills.
Eagerness to learn.
Attention to detail, neat and organized.
A high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
