Responsibilities:
The HR Assistant will be responsible for answering calls for the Human Resources Department. Incumbent will greet and assists customers
visiting all departments housed in the ABC Administration Office. Provide assistance and information regarding employment with Kelsey-
Seybold and other HR programs.

Previous general office clerical experience; one-year customer service experience.

Previous Human Resource experience in the area of Recruitment

Special Skills
A.
Basic PC skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word and Excel. Working knowledge of fax and copying machines. Excellent phone / customer service skills.
