Job Description : Position Summary: We are looking for a self-starter to aid the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

Responsibilities:

Provides administrative support in daily operations of the Human Resources Department including, but not limited to recruiting, onboarding, orientations, open enrollments, and payroll.
Clerical Duties, such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.
Assist with employee files, assuring accuracy, compliance and confidentiality. (i.e.:Unemployment Claims, Verifations, I9 status and state regulatory documents)
Computer Proficient to prepare spreadsheets, generate reports, presentations, Slide-Shows, &/or conduct research.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling & assigning administrative projects & expediting work results.
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and in-person.
Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
Provides information by answering questions and requests.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed such as implementing tasks and taking minutes.
Answering phones: Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
Perform receptionist duties when needed; Run Errands (Pick-Up or Drop-off collateral/Misc. Items/Etc.)

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent education required
1-2 years of administrative support to Human Resources preferred.
Knowledge of office software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
