THE POSITION:
We’re looking for a full-time Human Resource Assistant to help our growing business. This position is responsible for Assisting the HR Team and providing HR support to other departments. Duties include but are not limited to sourcing candidates, maintaining applicant tracking information, hiring and the on-boarding process, maintaining employee records, assisting in benefits, and identifying opportunities to streamline key HR processes.
SKILLS:

A High School Diploma or GED is required
+2 years of previous HR experience required
+2 years of recruiting experience required
Strong verbal and written communication skills required
Experience with HRIS systems preferred
Bilingual Spanish is preferred
Arizona construction industry experience preferred

Candidates should have extensive experience sourcing candidates via job boards, referrals, networking, and social media. The candidate must have a basic understanding of Employment Law. Good command of the English language (both oral and written) is required. Must be detail-oriented and extremely organized, possess outstanding problem-solving skills utilizing a proactive approach, capable of completing assignments with little to no supervision, and efficient with basic computer programs, such as Excel, Word, and the Internet.
