Position : Human Resources Business Partner
Job Description : Carenet Healthcare is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who will own the Employee Experience and who can build and monitor mechanisms to help measure their success. The incumbent will work closely with senior leaders and executives and be accountable for advancing the effectiveness, innovation, engagement, and resiliency of our workforce by implementing leading-edge strategies in people and cultural transformation.
Understand business priorities and translate them into the high-impact work that accelerates business outcomes by improving performance, retention, and the overall employee experience.
Stay current with leading-edge trends and practices, especially those specific to a virtual environment, that drive employee engagement and overall performance
Use data-driven critical thinking to recommend innovative solutions to the leadership team through written, visual and verbal channels
Own programs that run across the company; develop and manage cross-functional teams, detailed project plans, and explicit success metrics
Understand the entire talent system and each stage of the employee life cycle and apply that understanding to craft solutions that foster organizational and people effectiveness
Synthesize large data sets (employee database, qualitative and quantitative survey data) into executive summaries to create a compelling case for change
Define measures of improvement and success metrics. Measure and report on metrics and data analytics
Own, improve, deploy and measure programs and processes in the areas of performance management, employee engagement, rewards and recognition, and company culture
Lead key change initiatives through the HR and the overall organization
Identify and remove the roadblocks in an “action-oriented” approach to our employee culture and engagement
Identify critical moments in the employee experience and implement programs to enhance culture and engagement
Drive key initiatives related to culture, employee experience, performance, and recognition programs
The successful candidate will be:
A strong program and project manager with a proven track record of developing, driving, and delivering against cross-functional implementation plans to improve the Employee Experience
Experienced using data and metrics to determine continuous improvement in the Employee Lifecycle
Someone who thinks strategically, executes tactically, and collaborates across many teams, levels, and situations
Demonstrated success in building, delivering, and measuring high-impact employee experiences to a diverse workforce
A convergent thinker that innately diagnoses root causes and creates solutions that cultivate change
A pioneer with a natural curiosity for better experiences
