As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for:

Handling the complete recruitment cycle
Conducting on boarding and off boarding process for the employees
Managing salary and payroll process
Employee Engagement activities on daily and planned basis as per the yearly calendar
Organising and maintaining personnel records
Maintaining management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending HR policies and procedures
