The role is responsible to work on reporting and WFM needs for the call center and Financial services teams.

Job responsibilities:

Research participant records, determine Benefits eligibility
Work as a liaison for Financial services and call Center and work on their activities
Extract, create and execute on all the reporting needs for Call center and Financial services teams based out of US
Follows protocols – escalates any processing error promptly to all the stakeholders
Creating and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
Partner with US counterparts to drive process improvement and automate processes where possible.
Proactively handle all aspects of day to day benefit provision
Review different Microsoft tools in daily reviews and system checks
Understanding of WFM( work force management) would be an added advantage.
Automate the manual reports to macro or Power BI/Tableau/Google analytics

Experience desired:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Knowledge of US Benefit Administration
Experience in reporting functionality would be added advantage
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access
Experience of either macro or Power BI/Tableau/Google analytics would be added advantage.

Applicants’ requirements/qualifications:

Proficiency in all computer systems used in the performance of daily tasks.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong (often remote) relationships
Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail
Ability to work in a team environment and individually
High integrity and discretion to ensure following data security protocols.
