Job Description : We’re Lick Honest Ice Creams and we’re looking for somebody who loves ice cream almost as much as we do. We’re rapidly expanding our business and are always looking for more good food-obsessed people to join our family! Seeking positive and outgoing ice cream scoopers to join our location at the Pearl Brewery. Our Pearl shop is our highest volume shop – looking for someone who has the ability to multitask, maintain great guest service under pressure, and is willing to learn and grow with us!

We opened in 2011 in Austin on South Lamar and we now have 4 scoop shops (3 in Austin & 1 in San Antonio), a mobile ice cream truck, and a production facility in North Austin.
To us, “honest” simply means we use the purest ingredients we can find in our artisanal ice creams.
We take great pride in witnessing our milk and cream as it journeys from the cow to your scoop. All of the milk and cream used to make our ice creams comes from a local, family-owned dairy in Central Texas; and everything from the sauces, syrups, cookies, cakes and marshmallows is made by hand in our kitchen. We churn every batch and pack each pint by hand in our kitchen. We roll each waffle cone made from our homemade recipe in our shops every single day. All in an effort to serve up the freshest, most honest ice creams possible.
We are also committed to sustainability by using only compostable cups, spoons and napkins in our shops.
Responsibilities
Maintain highest shop and kitchen sanitary and cleanliness levels
Create a customer experience while scooping ice cream and providing genuine, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service
Accurately process all transactions, cash, credit cards, and gift cards
Qualifications
1+ years Food Service or hospitality experience preferred
1+ years Customer Service experience preferred
Ice cream experience is a plus!
Reliable and dependable transportation
Food Handlers Certificate required (within 30 days of hire)
Evening and weekend availability
$13 – $19+ (hourly base pay with tips)
