Job Summary and Description

Provide technical support on all hardware and software related issues. Troubleshoot and resolve networking connectivity issues. Provide on-site support for workstations. Install, remove and replace computer peripherals as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience:

Associate’s degree or a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree.
One year in a position directly related to the duties and level of responsibilities specified.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in information systems.
Three years of experience
Server 2016 and newer experience.
Active Directory and Group Policy experience.
Licenses and Certification:
Must possess and maintain a valid driver license. Must be insurable through the organization’s insurers.

Motor Vehicle Report is required in addition to background check and drug screen.
