Responaibilities:
Understanding the business model of small & medium sized businesses.
Understanding the requirements of customers and gathering information.
Developing potential leads from given interested data of customers.
Promoting the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
Maintaining sales lead in CRM and sharing the qualified lead with the sales team.
Qualifying the sales lead on the calls/emails & briefing their requirement to sales team
Requirement
Pursuing/completed UG/BBA/B.Com/BA or 06-1 yr experience in Inside sales, telemarketing, cold calling
Should have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Should have time management and planning skills.
Should have proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
