Job Location- Agra
Job Responsibilities:

Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service & close the sales
Talking fluently in the customers language • Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Follow- up with customers within a specified time period with regards to the initial call
Enter and update customer information in the database
Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Acquire New Business by contacting Owners of the businesses (Total B2B Sales)
Increase the Customer Retention
Grow business through Cross sell & Upsell
Do end to end sales generation – as per assigned target
have 100 contacted calls every day or as per assigned target
Keep high level of sincerity & commitment towards assigned work/task
Take initiative for business growth and need to increase sources of business
Maintaining customer relationships

Job Requirement:
Experience in Telesales preferred
Strong sales skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to write and present reports
Strong organizational skills
