JOB DESCRIPTION
Primary Responsibilities:
Understand the scope of the project and assist in designing and developing e-learning courseware for Clients
Work with subject matter experts (SME) closely to work on the content development
Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product
Build the quiz/assessment (provided by the SME) in LMS
Provide feedback regarding the exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
Assist Graphics team for creating supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc.)
Maintain project documentation and course folders
Interact with Subject Matter Experts and Project managers for content review and to resolve queries
Proactively communicate progress to Content Head/Program Manager and escalate project scope changes as needed.
