Position : Insurance Office Manager
Job Description : We’re searching for an Insurance Office Manager to oversee all administrative operations of an agency. You’ll establish office policies, implement filing systems, and supervise administrative office staff to ensure that insurance claims can be processed faster. You’ll also take customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department, ensuring policyholders get the coverage they need as quickly as possible. Compensation:
$100,000 – $250,000 at plan
Responsibilities:
Provide prompt responses to customer phone calls and emails and direct customers to the appropriate insurance team member for more specific inquiries
Remind employees to renew their licenses well before the deadline approaches so we comply with all regulations
Make sure office protocols are followed by managing lower-level administrative staff
Provide operational leadership for a Farmers Insurance office
Service your book of contacts while also growing!
Qualifications:
Experience in office management or insurance sales preferred
Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office
Displays impressive customer service communication, and problem-solving skills
High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
