Job Description : Recruiting is a core strategic driver of Facebook’s success, and helps us build teams rich in cognitive diversity. The International DEI Recruiting team is seeking a DEI Program Manager who is committed to helping build programmes that support diverse talent pools across different markets, in partnership with our Global Recruiting team, Diversity & Inclusion, HR, Legal, Compliance and business teams. This is a unique opportunity to help move the needle on diversity, and the person in this role will impact the company by setting new standards for DEI recruiting strategies. You will have specific responsibility for developing and driving impactful initiatives and programs that relate to attracting and hiring people with disabilities, and gender. The ideal candidate will be adaptive, able to drive strategy, and will have a strong understanding of how DEI interventions can drive equitable outcomes in a recruiting setting. They will be able to show demonstrated impact in rolling-out initiatives. A passion for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is a must.

International Recruiting DEI Program Manager Responsibilities:

Serve as the subject matter expert for recruiting DEI programmes and queries related to attracting, engaging with and hiring candidates from underrepresented backgrounds
Partner with the recruiting organisation and other cross-functional teams (Referrals, Brand, Compliance)
Act as a thought leader and driver of solutions and programs that will improve outcomes for candidates from underrepresented backgrounds
Utilise strong labor market expertise to identify trends and leverage knowledge, data and competitive intelligence across EMEA, LATAM and APAC
Use metrics and analysis to assess and evolve DEI programs and inform and influence stakeholders
Add impact across a complex matrix of functions and geographies, building for scale as much as possible
Influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute on programs/projects and meet deliverables
Partner closely with other DEI Program Managers, working as part of the DEI community

Minimum Qualifications:

Strong project management and change management skills, within a complex, multi-country environment
Experience of an in-house recruiting environment, either in a direct recruiting role or as a COE functional support
Experience of applying DEI programmes/initiatives to recruitment processes throughout the funnel – particularly programmes aimed at people with disabilities and gender balance
Thorough knowledge of the DEI landscape, legislation and nuances across different countries

Preferred Qualifications:

An understanding of Employment Law, Compliance and data protection
Consultative, adept at influencing stakeholders with different needs, a strong communicator
Experience working on programs supporting hiring people with disabilities
