Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
IPD Patients registration, Admission and Cash Collection independently.
To check & verify bills of all IPD Patients (Cash, TPA, and Govt. panels like CGHS, ECHS etc.)
OT billing & day care admissions.
To keep track of pending payments of IPD patients and recovery of dues on daily basis.
To handle Patients queries & disputes.
To coordinate with the concern Doctors for finalize the OT cases.
Desired Candidate Profile
The candidate should have minimum 1 year relevant experience
Good experience in IPD billing in back office.
Excellent hands on experience of empanelled partners like CGHS, ECHS, TPA & cash billing.
Knowledge of all the required documents for credit & cash billing.
Male/Female candidates with Hospital background only.
Good percentages in throughout academics (10th & 12th )
Candidate should willing to work in rotational shifts (Night mandatory)
The candidate should belong to hospital background only
Local candidates are preferred.
