Purpose:
We are looking for an IT Communication Analyst to design and implement functional and cost-efficient IT systems. IT Analyst responsibilities include prioritizing user requirements, overseeing system upgrades and researching new tools. In this role, you should be highly analytical and able to understand business needs. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential. Also, contributes to a specific function while he/she learns, trains, and improves skills in that area in order to gain a profound understanding of processes, products and services. Also, collaborates providing assistance in projects for the implementation of new technologies or improvements to existing infrastructure. Your goal will be to leverage tech solutions to meet organizational needs.
Main Responsibilities:
· Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements
· Develop and analyze functional specifications
· Design efficient IT systems to meet business and technology needs
· Coordinate developers to build and implement technology solutions
· Integrate multiple systems and reconcile needs of different teams
· Gather feedback from end users about system performance
· Plan and oversee projects (e.g. upgrades, hardware/software installations)
· Provide advice and technical training
· Keep abreast of technology trends and developments
· Assists providing support for the implementation of new technologies.
· Collaborates providing project support and IT advice and consulting, to ensure the IT platform defined in the project is aligned with corporate IT strategies and standards.
· Assists establishing IT base maintenance and updating actions monitoring the correct operation of infrastructure to safeguard information accessibility, availability, performance and integrity.
· Ensures that the implementation of infrastructure changes overseeing are reflected on the Disaster Recovery Plan whenever applicable.
· Collaborates on the development and implementation of new technologies.
· Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
· Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
· Design, implement and support regional network, telephony and camera solutions according to corporate technology and Cybersecurity guidelines.
· Collaborate with other IT areas to provide integral IT solutions to internal customers.
· Create documentation on how to implement new and existing technologies.
· Respond to user requests submitted through our internal ticketing system.
Required Skills:

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $68,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
