Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Well versed with IT recruitment for Permanent & Contractual hiring
Well versed with Boolean search and other search portals
Must possess a strong technical background
Able to work on Saturdays as well if required.
Following up on the interview process status
Completing timely reports on employment activity
Achieving the recruitment target based on company requirement.
Excellent communication skills
