Position : IT Specialist
Job Description : Position Summary:
The primary responsibilities of the IT Specialist are to provide technical support for Windows and Mac workstations, and promote all Coldwell Banker national technical platforms. In addition, this position will provide technical support for independent contractors (REALTORS®) to include Internet profiles, personal devices, and general application support.

Intermediate knowledge of Networking.
Intermediate knowledge of Active Directory.
Minimum of 1 year experience in Help Desk role.
Ability to train employees and REALTORS® on various technology systems.
Must be able to solve technical problems using reference materials at disposal
Excellent customer service skills.
Incumbent must possess excellent communication and organization skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides first-tier technical support on all IT related issues. When required, escalates support issues to the Network Administrator.
Works closely with the Network Administrator to troubleshoot complex support issues.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as technical manuals; Ability to write correspondence and speak effectively.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Skills
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Physical Demands

Pay: $40,934.00 – $63,869.00 per year
